The All Traffic Solutions SpeedAlert 24 is a portable solar-powered radar speed display mounted on an ATS5 trailer. It detects approaching vehicle speeds using Doppler radar and can display speed information or approved traffic-safety messages. It does not issue tickets, capture license plates, or perform automated enforcement.
