Rental requirements
Before committing to the rental
- Valid government-issued photo ID is required
- A signed rental agreement is required
- Operator and tow vehicle must meet all applicable legal and manufacturer requirements
- Cargo must remain within the trailer manufacturer’s weight, dimensional, and loading specifications
- The trailer must be returned clean and free of mud, grass, leaves, garbage, pet waste, and other debris
- Additional cleaning charges may apply if returned excessively dirty
- Customer is responsible for damage caused by overloading, improper loading, unsecured cargo, impacts, misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or improper towing
- Tires, wheels, gates, ramps, lights, wiring, decking, straps, coupler, jack, brakes, and other components must be returned in the condition documented at checkout
- The trailer may not be sub-rented, loaned, or moved to an unapproved location
- Included straps must be returned in serviceable condition
- Final rental approval is required
